October 14th 2008 Daimler Trucks North America announced that it will discontinue the Sterling brand of trucks in an effort to focus on the Freightliner and Western Star brands.

 Valley Freightliner Sterling and Western Stars Trucks of Cleveland will continue to service your Sterling vehicle as well as provide quality replacement parts and honor your warranty as provided at time of purchase.
